Whether you work alone or in teams there will come a time when you want to organise your documents. Traditionally this has involved tedious record keeping - whether on paper or on your PC. If you want to use something more sophisticated you need to buy and install expensive software for all your team.

ProLibra avoids all these issues - it doesn't need tedious maintenance of information to work and can be used by one member of your team - or everyone.

ProLibra lets you and your team manage your documents without the pain and hassle of having to use a new way to store them. ProLibra uses your documents right where they are now - taking information already available to organise them in a variety of easy-to-use Views.

But why not give your team their own copies of ProLibra and make everyone more efficient - and ProLibra will even keep you informed about everyone else's document changes and who's working on what.



What Else Can It Do?

You can add any number of Projects - and then view and manage your project documents. View by:

- People - organise by Project People you define, or simply use all people found
- Stage/Deliverable - organise by project stages and optionally deliverables that you define
- Category - organise by any categories you define, with documents in one or more categories
- Folder- view documents by traditional folder structure, similar to "Explorer"
- Time - view documents by when they were created - was it last week, or an hour ago?
- Approval and Review - view who's reviewing what and where they've got to in approval .

And if you move your documents around your folders, create new folders or documents, or delete old folders and documents, ProLibra will still give you accurately organised documents, just the way you want them.

Sounds useful? Well there's more: ProLibra also automatically displays the most recent documents worked on, and also active work you define, from wherever your documents are stored within the project. Go straight to where you left off - or find recent documents your project team member just created. ProLibra will give you all this from one modern interface that you can customise as you please.
