Exploit an existing SPACEWatch SQL space database to define dynamic file sets, then choose automated actions for SPACEWatch ASM to carry out. Actions like file archive - intelligently move unused files to another location, but leave small pointers to them in place so users can still find their data if they need to.

And SPACEWatch ASM is intelligent --- if it archives files that are duplicated, it will keep one copy and point all your users at this one shared copy, further reducing storage requirements.
